Home call outs are on a pre-arranged basis. We cannot carry out an operating system re-install on a home call out, as it takes us many hours to complete this due to all the Windows updates and service packs that need to be installed after Windows is put back in. Also we install Flash Player, Java, Antivirus, VLC Media Player and Windows Media Codec Pack to complete the installation. We also offer a pick-up repair and Delivery service.
